The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Mary Washington brings students together with faculty to create new knowledge while sustaining our global inheritance. Through problem solving, research, and creative work that takes place within a diverse community, students learn to analyze critically, value social responsibility, respect diverse viewpoints, communicate effectively, and thus prepare for leadership in rapidly changing environments.
